1. Subject

  • These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of food products marketed through the website www.bottegadelfungo.it by:

2. Products

The products sold are artisanal food products.
The characteristics, storage instructions and expiry dates are indicated on the product page and on the label.

  • Products preserved in oil: maximum shelf life 24 months

  • Dried mushrooms: maximum shelf life 12 months


3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.


4. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Advance bank transfer

  • Other payment methods available at checkout, where present

The order will be processed only after payment confirmation.


5. Shipping

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are indicated in the specific Shipping Policy.


6. Right of withdrawal – exclusion

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for food products that:

  • are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • are sealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Therefore, withdrawal for change of mind is not allowed.


7. Legal guarantee of conformity

The legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code remains unaffected for defective or non-compliant products.


8. Sale of alcoholic beverages

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons of legal age.

By making a purchase, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old.


9. Applicable law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law.

For consumers, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.

For all other customers, such as companies or professionals, the Court of Parma shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
