Mushrooms in Oil

 

Mushrooms in olive oil are one of Bottega del Fungo’s most traditional preparations: ready-to-serve products, ideal for antipasti, sharing boards, cold side dishes and convivial occasions.

Here you will find a range of mushrooms preserved in olive oil: whole and sliced porcini, black-capped porcini, white porcini, chanterelles and mixed mushrooms. Each product has different characteristics in terms of cut, jar size and flavour intensity, so you can choose the one best suited to your table, a meal with friends or a gourmet gift box.

The mushrooms are processed and prepared in our workshop, then preserved in olive oil. They are ready to serve and work well in antipasti, sharing boards, cold side dishes and simple dishes, also paired with delicate cured meats, not-too-aged cheeses or grilled vegetables.
