Who We Are

Bottega del Fungo is an artisanal company founded in Borgotaro, in the province of Parma, specializing in the processing of porcini mushrooms and other gastronomic specialties. Since 1970, we have been selecting, processing, and packaging high-quality artisanal products for private clients, delicatessens, and restaurants.

What we do

We produce and sell: Dried porcini mushrooms, mushrooms in olive oil, vegetables in oil, ready-made mushroom sauces, mushroom creams and artisanal jams.
All products are made in our artisan laboratory, using selected ingredients and traditional techniques.

Our story

Our family shop was founded in 1970. From a small grocery store, it transformed, in 1989, into a true reference point for quality porcini mushrooms. In 1996, we opened the laboratory and created the "Primizie della Bottega del Fungo" line, a collection of mushroom specialties, vegetables, sauces, and creams, prepared with passion and artisanal mastery.
