Our local porcini mushrooms preserved in olive oil represent one of the most distinctive preparations of Bottega del Fungo in Borgotaro: sliced porcini mushrooms, preserved in olive oil and ready to bring to the table.
They are available in different formats, from smaller jars to larger sizes, designed for everyday meals, convivial occasions and gourmet gifts.
