The porcini mushrooms of our valley

Porcini mushrooms from our valley are a selection of porcini mushrooms gathered in the woods of the Parma Apennines, in areas rich in chestnut, beech and pine trees, where mushrooms grow naturally following the rhythms of the mountains.

Each porcini mushroom is hand-picked and brought by the foragers to our workshop, where it is processed using artisan methods shortly after harvesting. This allows us to quickly transform it into dried porcini mushrooms or porcini mushrooms preserved in olive oil, helping to preserve its freshness, texture and authentic flavour.
