In the heart of the Upper Parma Valleys, our pickers carefully search for the best porcini mushrooms.
These extraordinary products arrive in our laboratory, where they undergo meticulous artisanal processing within just three days of harvest, resulting in exquisite jars of porcini mushrooms in oil and dried porcini mushrooms. The harvest area extends from the enchanting woods of Borgotaro to the picturesque landscapes of Albareto, Tornolo, and Bedonia, with altitudes ranging from 500 meters to 1,700 meters. Within these diverse forests, you can find a diverse vegetation of oak, chestnut, beech, and pine trees.
