Extra dried porcini mushrooms in bags are a carefully presented and simple option, suitable both as a gift idea and for those who wish to bring dried porcini mushrooms with light, regular slices into the kitchen.
The porcini mushrooms are selected, checked and packed in our workshop in Tornolo, in Alta Val Taro, in decorated bags with a handmade bow. The colour of the bow may vary according to the season, making each pack recognisable and slightly different from the others.
Extra Quality stands out for its thin cut, generally whole slices and light colour. In cooking, it offers a delicate and well-balanced aroma compared to other selections.
The resulting sauce remains light and balanced, making these dried porcini mushrooms particularly suitable for pasta dishes, risottos and preparations where the aroma of porcini accompanies the other ingredients without overpowering them.
