Dried porcini mushrooms


Our
dried porcini mushrooms are dried naturally, without the addition of preservatives or artificial flavors. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the freezer. The low temperature prevents the product from aging and prevents the formation of larvae and moths.
Because they're dried, dried porcini mushrooms contain no water and can be stored in an airtight plastic or glass container. To use them, simply remove the desired amount of mushrooms and let them thaw for about 10 minutes. Once thawed, they can be prepared according to normal cooking methods.
