Turris Birra is a brewery artisanal product born in our valley, in Borgo Val di Taro. Turris is a passion for beer, nature, and the local area.
The farm grows organically grown two-row malting barley; the water used is light and low in minerals; the hops and yeasts are carefully selected.
The care taken in all phases of the production process is obsessive... from the field to the glass .
